While we celebrate freedom with the 4th of July, we’ll also be exploring things that we are choosing freedom from — and something we want to step into!

THEME: FREE FROM FEAR
FOCUS: Courage over anxiety.
VERSE: 2 Timothy 1:7 “God has not give us a spirit of fear…”
CHALLENGES:
Do one thing you’ve been putting off because of fear.
Pray boldly about something you’ve been avoiding.
Encourage listeners to have that hard conversation.
JOURNAL PROMPT:
What fear is holding you back?
Who is some one that might be able to help you take the next step, or be an encourager to you?

FOCUS: You are not your past.
VERSE: Romans 8:1 “There is now no condemnation…”
CHALLENGES:
Write down something you’ve carried in shame. Then, destroy the paper.
Speak truth over yourself.
Encourage someone else who feels disqualified.
JOURNAL PROMPT:
Where have you seen God redeem a situation in your life?

THEME: FREE FROM COMPARISON
FOCUS: Contentment in who God made you to be.
VERSE: Psalm 139:14 “I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made.”
CHALLENGES:
Complete a 24-hour social media scroll fast.
Compliment someone without comparing.
Celebrate a win that is uniquely yours.
JOURNAL PROMPT:
Where have you seen examples where you have tried to “Keep up with the Jones’”?
Who does God say you are?

THEME: FREE TO LIVE BOLDLY
FOCUS: Don’t shrink back.
VERSE: Hebrews 10:39 “We do not belong to those who shrink back…”
CHALLENGES:
Invite someone to church.
Share why Joy99 matter to you with someone, or US.
Start the thing that you have been waiting to start!

Who is someone that you could share your faith with?
Where is God calling you to?

VERSE: Psalm 92:12-13 “The righteous will flourish…planted in the house of the Lord.”
Freedom isn’t just about what you leave behind, it’s about what you grow into.
MONDAY: Flourish in Faith
Take small steps that deepen your faith roots.
TUESDAY: Flourish in Relationships and Healthy Connection
Encourage someone intentionally today.
WEDNESDAY: Flourish in Purpose
Live with intention. If fear wasn’t holding you back, what would you be pursuing?
THURSDAY: Flourish in Rest
Freedom includes rest. Encourage yourself to carve out time for rest before the hustle of the fall schedule returns.
FRIDAY: Flourish Forward
