Baked Fusilli

Pasta with sauce and cheese with garlic bread on a blue plate

If you've watched any Olympics this year, you might have been craving pasta. I know we can't make all the dishes they can in Italy, but this one was at least a taste of it! This is pretty easy and yummy for even the pickiest of eaters! Buon Appetito!

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) package pasta shape of choice

  • 1 lb. ground beef

  • 2 (23 oz.) jars meatless spaghetti sauce

  • 3 c. shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 c. shredded medium cheddar cheese

  • Salt & pepper

  • Garlic Powder

Directions

  • Cook pasta in salted water, according to package directions for al dente. Drain.

  • Combine shredded mozzarella and cheddar; set aside.

  • Meanwhile, season ground beef with salt, pepper and garlic. Brown ground beef in a large skillet; drain. Add sauce to ground beef and heat through.

  • Combine cooked spaghetti and sauce; toss to coat. Stir in 3 cups shredded cheese.

  • Spoon into a greased 9x13" baking dish. Top evenly with remaining 1 cup shredded cheese.

  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until heated through and cheese is melty.

  • ENJOY!
