Baked Fusilli
If you've watched any Olympics this year, you might have been craving pasta. I know we can't make all the dishes they can in Italy, but this one was at least a taste of it! This is pretty easy and yummy for even the pickiest of eaters! Buon Appetito!
Ingredients
1 (16 oz.) package pasta shape of choice
1 lb. ground beef
2 (23 oz.) jars meatless spaghetti sauce
3 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 c. shredded medium cheddar cheese
Salt & pepper
Garlic Powder
Directions
Cook pasta in salted water, according to package directions for al dente. Drain.
Combine shredded mozzarella and cheddar; set aside.
Meanwhile, season ground beef with salt, pepper and garlic. Brown ground beef in a large skillet; drain. Add sauce to ground beef and heat through.
Combine cooked spaghetti and sauce; toss to coat. Stir in 3 cups shredded cheese.
Spoon into a greased 9x13" baking dish. Top evenly with remaining 1 cup shredded cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until heated through and cheese is melty.
