God’s Got This

"God's got this". "God is in control". "I know God will provide".  All of these statements sound great. But, do you believe it? I mean, do you really believe these things?

I am loving the song, "The Lord Will Provide" on JOY99. It is one of those songs. Do you realize you are singing straight from the Bible?

It speaks of Jesus sharing His heart as recorded in Matthew 6. “That is why I tell you not to worry about everyday life—whether you have enough food and drink, or enough clothes to wear. Isn’t life more than food, and your body more than clothing? Look at the birds. They don’t plant or harvest or store food in barns, for your heavenly Father feeds them. And aren’t you far more valuable to him than they are?”

As the leaves begin to change, we see the things that were once vibrant, begin to fade. Yet, come Spring, they will again come to life. Like they have since the beginning of creation. The Lord will provide.

Your finances are tight. The Lord will provide.
Your family is falling apart. The Lord will provide.
You are in need of a job. The Lord will provide.
Your _______. I KNOW the LORD WILL PROVIDE!

The next time you hear JOY99 play, "The Lord Will Provide", think of what is happening in your life at that moment. What do you need for God to provide?  Then, "Seek first the Kingdom, and its treasures, Everything else it will be added, All that I'm needing (that's it) Yes, I know the Lord will provide (oh I'm confident)”

"Everything I need. Everything I need. My Father has it. My Father has it."
