Creamy Crock-Pot Rigatoni

I have watched SO many cooking videos on social media. Aren’t they captivating?
When I saw this one, I knew I needed to include MY version for an easy Crock-tober recipe that has a ton of flavor.
Feel free to make your own sauce or swap out the Italian sausage for burger for picky kiddos. But I think you’re going to like this one!
Ingredients
2 Jars Marinara Sauce (reserve 1 cup)
1 lb Italian Sausage
1 box Rigatoni Pasta (uncooked)
(1) 15oz tub of ricotta cheese
¼ Cup Parmesan Cheese
2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese (reserve ½ cup)
Italian Seasoning
1 TBL Garlic Powder
2 eggs, slightly beaten
Directions
Brown Italian Sausage and mix it with the marinara sauce
Add Rigatoni and mix
In a separate bowl, mix cheeses and seasonings
Add eggs to cheese mixture and mix well
Layer ½ the meat sauce mixture with dollops of ½ the cheese mixture
Repeat
Top with reserved cup of marinara then reserved mozzarella
Cook on high for 2.5 hours or low for 4.5 hours
