Lemon Cherry Cream Cheese Dump Cake

Bright lemon flavor, sweet cherries, and rich cream cheese come together in this easy-to-love dessert that tastes like summer in every bite! It’s buttery, creamy, and perfectly sweet — with all the flavor of a homemade treat and none of the fuss.

Fruit Layers Ingredients

  • 1 can (21 oz) lemon pie filling

  • 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling

Cream Cheese Layer Ingredients:

  • 12 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Cake Topping Ingredients:

  • 1 box yellow cake mix

  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

Directions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°

  • Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish

  • Spread the lemon pie filling evenly across the bottom of the baking dish

  • Spoon the cherry pie filling over the lemon layer, using a knife to gently swirl the two fillings together

  • Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth and creamy

  • Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture all over the fruit layers…don’t mix in

    completely

  • Sprinkle the dry yellow cake mix evenly across the entire surface, do not stir

  • Slowly drizzle the melted butter evenly over the cake mix, covering as much as possible

  • Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until the top is deep golden brown

  • The center will still look slightly gooey

  • Cool Slightly and allow to rest for 15–20 minutes before serving

  • Dust lightly with powdered sugar before serving

  • ENJOY!
