The JOY Down in My Heart

During a recent visit to Dutton Christian Elementary, Elsie (from Joy99 Middays) teamed up with the JoyBus to bring joy to a kindergarten class.

We gave them insight about Joy99 and what the word JOY really means.

During this time together a little boy raised his hand. We asked if he had a question but instead, in the sweetest, softest voice, he started singing “I got the Joy Joy Joy Joy down in my heart…”.

It wasn’t too long, when the whole class joined him!

It was so moving and all we could picture was Jesus with the biggest smile. Kids are just the best!

We also made some confetti and ended with donuts and a bubble party.

It was a great day!
