Crock-Pot Brisket

Time to dive into Crock-tober with a brisket recipe that will fill your belly and fill your home with delicious smells!
Ingredients
4-5 pound brisket
1 TBS Paprika
3 TBS Brown Sugar
2 tsp Garlic Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 cup Beef Broth
2 TBS Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 Onion (sliced)
Directions
Trim some of the fat from the brisket and pat it dry.
Mix dry ingredients together and pat into the brisket.
Place in CrockPot.
Layer with onion, Worcestershire sauce, and beef broth.
Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until meat is fork tender.
