Here’s your official welcome to Crock-tober! All month long, I’ll be showcasing some of my favorite Crock-Pot recipes! But, that’s not all! I want to feature a Crock-Pot recipe from YOU! Fill out the form below to have your Crock-Pot recipe featured during Cookin’ with Brooke’s Crock-tober!

Time to dive into Crock-tober with a brisket recipe that will fill your belly and fill your home with delicious smells!

Ingredients

  • 4-5 pound brisket

  • 1 TBS Paprika

  • 3 TBS Brown Sugar

  • 2 tsp Garlic Salt

  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

  • 1 cup Beef Broth

  • 2 TBS Worcestershire Sauce

  • 1/2 Onion (sliced)

Directions

  • Trim some of the fat from the brisket and pat it dry.

  • Mix dry ingredients together and pat into the brisket.

  • Place in CrockPot.

  • Layer with onion, Worcestershire sauce, and beef broth.

  • Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until meat is fork tender.

  • ENJOY!
